In an effort to bring our guests closer together and the water’s edge, we created a new outdoor restaurant atop our white sand beach, adjacent to our infinity-edge pool. Wiggle your toes in the sand and enjoy a tropical cocktail as the sun sets on the horizon at Fare Hoa Restaurant. From the Tahitian meaning house (fare) of friends (hoa), Fare Hoa offers a Polynesian-inspired al fresco dining experience that parallels the intimacy of dining at a friend’s home. With its open kitchen concept and spectacular lagoon and mountain views, Fare Hoa Restaurant is the new hot place to dine for lunch or dinner in Bora Bora.
Lunch offers popular sandwich options including Wagyu beef burger on brioche, fresh fish catch of the day, and local Polynesian specialties like poisson cru–our version of ceviche made by combining freshly-caught bluefin tuna with coconut milk and fresh lime juice. Dinner boasts various offerings from the grill, including New Zealand lamb, beef from Australia, and locally-caught lagoon and deep sea fishes such as tuna and Mahi-mahi, using sustainable fishing practices. Finish the evening with something sweet and locally grown such as a Tahitian vanilla creme brulee or caramelized Moorea pineapple with a coconut and almond meringue.
When someone asks about your favorite meal in paradise, you’ll remember the cold Hinano beer, a perfectly grilled lagoon fish, and the gorgeous view of a pink sunset over an impossibly blue lagoon while sitting at Fare Hoa Restaurant in Bora Bora. At that moment, you’ll know your life will never be the same!
