Laced with fragrant native vanilla, this South Pacific drink adds to the sensory abundance in this island paradise. Immediately following dinner, guests can kick off their shoes at Otemanu Beach and savour this refreshing elixir as the bands begins to play, the sun dips below the horizon and the celebration starts.

Recipe: In a cocktail shaker, add 2 ounces of vanilla-infused rum, 2 tablespoons of lime juice and 2 tablespoons of vanilla simple syrup. Shake and pour into a highball glass over ice. Top with ginger ale, club soda or Champagne, and garnish with a vanillapod.
